Use License

Manuscript Submission
When you submit a manuscript for analysis, you grant Book Marketers the right to analyze and provide feedback. You retain all rights to your manuscript. We will not share your manuscript with third parties without permission.
Service Delivery
Book Marketers provides services as described in individual service agreements. Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified
- Refunds are provided according to the specific service agreement
Intellectual Property
The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Book Marketers, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your manuscript and any original content you provide. We retain ownership of our analysis, recommendations, methodology, and any work product we create.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Book Marketers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Book Marketers' website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on Book Marketers' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Book Marketers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Indemnification
